| Base access requires a DoD-decaled vehicle and/or a DoD identification card or inclusion on a visitors' list at the entrance gates. We will provide the Security Forces a list of all attendees with reservations for the events to assist you with access should you not have the required DoD identification. Note: There is a Randolph AFB inspection scheduled for the same week of the HQ AETC CE Conference so you can expect delays getting on the Base. For those without DoD decals and identification cards, we will need the vehicle make, model and license plate for the vehicle being used AND the driver’s license number for the list.
